ZAREA(“horizon” on English), as part of the German group Schloss Wachenheim, has more than 90 years tradition in producing of sparkling wines (bottles as well as tank fermentation) and spirits (vermouth, brandy, bitter, liquors), annually national and international awarded. In 2004 the company ZAREA faced one of the biggest transformation in its life, being privatized and starting a partnership with the world leader in producing of sparkling wines German group Schloss Wachenheim. This relationship added to ZAREA a new dimension in its evolution and namely innovation. January 2007 – together with Romania – ZAREA joined European Union with ISO 9001 certification, a restructured portofolio of products, continuing to make big investments in technologies, performing to be the only one Romanian sparkling wine producer able to produce under methods Champenoise, Charmat and Asti. Over the years the company has developed a serious cliental spread out worldwide and has managed to become a major exporter in the beverages sector. Our main export markets are in European Union (United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Germany, Baltic States, Poland, Bulgaria), Kazakhstan, Mexic. At the same time we focused our efforts to introduce our products on new markets like Japan, China, Korea, India, USA, Russia, Turkey. |
Scandic Distilleries was founded in 1989 by a visionary team headed up by Ioan and Viorel Micula, Swedish citizens born in Transylvania. Their aim was to bring a new generation of premium spirits to world from the beautiful setting of Transylvanian Mountains.The purity of the mountain air and water is incomparable, and our drinks capture that spirit. SC Dumalex Group SA has as a main activity the production of refined and technical alcohol as well as the production of alcoholic drinks. The alcoholic drinks are traded in a wholesale system by its unique beneficiary, that is by SC Bere Bauturi Bucuresti SA. The productivity activity has begun in February 1996 by producing alcoholic drinks. As a result of the strategy thought in order to penetrate the market, by diversifying the production assuring in the same time the needed quality, elaborating an intense and sustained publicity, SC Dumalex Group SA has reached a yearly production of about 7.000.000 bottles. Our company has acquired production equipments both for the production of alcohol and for the alcoholic drinks factory. In what concerns the production capacity of the alcohol factory this one reaches the amount of 10.000 1/24h, the factory is very well equipment with distillation and refining columns as well as bunkers and basins of different capacities. Regarding the alcoholic drinks factory, the company is equipped with a bottling line, a stapling line and a Krones stripping and labeling line. For the production process we use original procedures and this gave us the possibility of diversifying the drinks production. The system used to assure the quality allowed us the reproduction the products as well as the compliance with all the requirements concerning the consumers protection (Larex conformity certificates, sanitary requirements, production licenses, ISO certificate). The quality of the products that SC Dumalex Group SA realizes and trades made it possible for this mark to be well known and appreciated. SC Dumalex Group has also a very well developed auto basis made up by auto tanks, trucks, buses, cars and vans that are needed fro the transport and the distribution of the products both in Bucharest and in the rest of country. The distribution is made for the beneficiary already mentioned above, that is for SC Bere Bauturi Bucuresti SA. The company aims to continue the investments in order to further develop and increase the activity by building and equipping a sun-flower oil factory, a coffee factory and a beer factory. |

Continuing more than 200 years of tradition and excellence ROMAQUA GROUP, a company with a 100% Romanian private capital, has achieved for the last years important investments which exceeds 50 million Euro, relying above all, on the most updated technologies and equipments in order to assure a final product of the highest quality. Thus, the concern for a high quality standard has been made possible for ROMAQUA GROUP to be the first bottling Romanian company which was granted the international certification of the quality management system - ISO 9001. Other two management systems implemented are the HACCP (Hazard Analyses Critical Control Point) and IFS (International Food Standard) regarding security assurance of the food products from a hygienic-sanitary point of view, certified by the famous German company TUV CERT. Confidence in the organization's efficiency and advancing to the TQM (Total Quality Management) led, in 2004, to win the TROPHY of the IVth edition of the ROMANIAN PRIZE FOR QUALITY competition- J.M. JURAN. This way, it has been proved that by putting into practice elements of an excellent management, ROMAQUA GROUP met the expectations of the all interested parts: clients, employees, suppliers and partners, shareholders and last but not least, the social community in the middle of which we develop our activity. |
